Elder Terry Gordon was elected Moderator at the Spring 2011 meeting.  Terry is an Elder at Trilla Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Trilla, Illinois.  He is also the chairman of our Presbyterial Board of Pastoral and Congregational Care.

Jack Enlow was elected Vice-Moderator at the Spring 2011 meeting.  Jack is and Elder at Elm River CPC and also serves as the Session Clerk there.  He and his wife Betty live near Cisne, Illinois.

Debra Shanks is the Treasurer of the presbytery, elected to that position in 1995.  She grew up in the First C. P. Church in Louisville, Kentucky, a former member of G. A. C., current member of the denominational Board of Stewardship, Foundations and Benefits and a member of the New Hope congregation, which is the home congregation of husband Roy.

The Recording Clerk of the presbytery is Ruth J. Gates, elected to that position in 1995.  She is wife to Rev. J. B. Gates, pastor of the Cumberland Chapel congregation.

Rev. Ralph Blevins is the Stated Clerk of North Central Presbytery.  He was first elected to this position in 2007.  He is pastor of the Elm River CPC near Cisne Illinois and is husband to Chris.  Ralph is also employed as a Signal Maintainer for the Canadian National Railroad.
